Ten 50-60 minute confidential coaching sessions over 3-4 months where we will:

- Explore how you currently interact in each of these seven levels and discover ways of incorporating more of what you want in your life and less of what you don’t want
- Explore the internal and external blocks that are holding you back, so you can be on the path of growth and achieving the goals you want for yourself and your family
- Tap into the expert that you are and raise your consciousness and confidence in raising your kids
- Create plans to get you where you want to be
- Check in via email or text between sessions to troubleshoot or answer questions
